The online course and meal plans can be accessed on a computer and in an app.
Our coaching sessions, Q & A calls, cooking demos are in a private Facebook group. This will be a safe space to bring up specific challenges. You’ll get the support from a team of dietitians plus other challengers on how to overcome any obstacles.
