Breakfast in a jar! You'll meal prep 7 breakfasts that includes oat, chia seeds, protein powder, frozen fruit and the superfood hunger buster - rockmelon!

LUNCH

Lunch in a jar! Super portable. Plus a taste sensation with balsamic dressing that will make some foods that you don't like palatable - for me it's celery!

DINNER

There will be 5 options for dinners. All of them a super easy to meal prep on the weekends. There are lots of variations to choose from.
